The South Lyon MatCats are split into two divisions.  Junior Varsity will be for novice wrestlers just learning the sport.  Varsity will be wrestlers that have enough knowledge to compete in open tournaments.  The coaching staff has defined a Varsity wrestler as one that will be able to execute the following 9 moves:

In the nuetral position:
1. Double Leg
2. Snap down and go behind
3. Bulldog
4. Sprawl and Whizzer  

From the top position:
5. Spiral Ride
6. Lawnmower
7. Double wrist ride
8. Cradle 

From the bottom position
9. Stand up
